In my role as a Certified NeurOptimal® Trainer, my goal is to empower individuals and families who want to resolve their issues and challenges and live more fully from their core self. For the past year and a half, my family has been using NeurOptimal® neurofeedback and we have transformed our relationships with one another, with our work, and with our community. It has been an amazing journey.
Now, I want to share this journey with others, providing a non-invasive, state of the art program. In particular, I am passionate about working with families with a child or children who have ADHD, behavioral challenges, attachment issues, Autism, Asperger’s Syndrome, a learning disability and/or underlying anxiety that exacerbates these conditions.
I have worked in the health care field for the past 30 years, in both institutional and community care settings. I have a B.A. in Psychology and a Masters in Health Administration, a Diploma in Volunteer Administration and I completed all the course work for the Gerontology Multidiscipline Program. I am a life long learner with a particular interest in personal growth as an individual and in relationship with others.
